In Settings → Quotation Setup, add your logo, company name, contact details, tax ID, RERA or licence number, default terms and how many days a quotation stays valid.

Build your property library
Add each project or unit: area, location, description, cost lines (base price, parking, amenities, closing costs, anything you charge), tax percentage and payment schedule. Duplicate a property to create similar units quickly, and preview the PDF with a sample client.

Create a quotation from a lead
Open the lead, choose Quotation, pick the property and add a discount or notes. The number, date and client details fill in automatically.

Share it while the client is interested
Preview the PDF and send it on WhatsApp or any app. Then schedule a follow-up for the next day so the quotation doesn't go quiet. Follow-up after site visits

Is the quotation maker free?
Yes. Quotations are part of Boring CRM and are free like every other feature. There's no limit on how many you create.
Can I add my company logo and RERA number?
Yes. Set up your business once with logo, contact details, tax ID (GSTIN in India) and RERA or licence number. Every quotation uses them automatically.
Does it calculate GST or VAT?
You enter the tax percentage for each property and the quotation calculates the amount. The label follows your country: GST in India, VAT in the UAE and Europe, sales tax in the US. Always use the rate that applies to your deal.
Can I send the quotation on WhatsApp?
Yes. After creating a quotation you can preview the PDF and share it to WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, email or any app on your phone.
Does it write the amount in words?
Yes. In India amounts are written in lakhs and crores, for example Ninety One Lakhs Rupees Only. Elsewhere the app uses millions and thousands in your currency.
