Feature FAQs
Which phones does Boring CRM run on?
Android phones, installed from Google Play. There is no iPhone, web or desktop version at the moment.
Are any features locked behind a paid plan?
No. Every feature on this page is free. The optional Remove Ads subscription only removes Google ads.
Can I add my own lead statuses and sources?
Yes. Lead statuses, projects, lead sources and archive reasons are all editable lists, and the pipeline stages and colours can be customised.
Does Boring CRM sync between my phone and laptop?
No. Data lives on your phone. You can export leads to a CSV file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets, and back up everything to a file you keep.
Can I import my existing leads?
Yes. When you start, import a CSV saved from Excel or Google Sheets; the app matches common column names and includes a sample file. Facebook Lead Ads can also sync leads in automatically.
