Why it's free
No catch, just a different model
Most real estate CRMs charge per user per month because they run your data on their servers. Boring CRM keeps your CRM data on your phone, so there's very little to run. Ads cover the cost of building the app, and agents who prefer a cleaner screen pay a small amount to remove them.
That also means the free version isn't a demo. You'll never hit a lead limit or find a feature greyed out.

What do I get for free?
Everything: unlimited leads, follow-ups, site visits, WhatsApp templates, quotation PDFs, call logging, Facebook Lead Ads sync, backups, app lock and support. The free version shows Google ads.
What does Remove Ads change?
It removes Google ads from the app. Features stay exactly the same, because they're already all free.
How much does Remove Ads cost?
In India ₹49 a month or ₹399 a year. In other countries it is based on US$1.99 a month or US$14.99 a year, and Google Play shows the price in your local currency before you pay.
How do I cancel?
Open Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and cancel Boring CRM. Ads return when the paid period ends; your data is not affected.
I bought the old lifetime ad-free option. Is it still valid?
Yes. Earlier lifetime ad-free purchases are still honoured. Use Restore purchases in the app if ads appear after reinstalling.
Is there a free trial?
There's no need for one: the CRM itself is free with no time limit. Remove Ads is billed from the start and can be cancelled any time.
